WIKI
Controls, ball types, upgrade strategy, and scoring — quick, practical, and wrist-first.
Core loop
Brick Run is built around short roguelike runs. Break bricks, earn currency, then buy upgrades mid-run to push farther and score higher.
Controls
- Crown: precise, consistent control for micro-adjustments.
- Touch: fast corrections and quick directional changes.
- Tip: keep your wrist relaxed; small inputs go a long way.
Ball types
Ball types change the feel of a run. Some emphasize control, others raw brick-clear speed, and some create chaos that pairs with specific upgrade builds.
Examples (names may change): Plasma, Split, Heavy, Precision.
Upgrades (25+)
Upgrades are your build. Many can be leveled multiple times — chasing synergies is the entire game.
- Prioritize one win condition (clear speed, survivability, multipliers).
- Then pick upgrades that multiply that plan, not random good-stuff.
- Leveling a good upgrade often beats taking a new weak one.
Scoring + highscores
The goal is to chase your personal best. Score comes from brick breaks, speed, streaks, and build power.
Highscores are displayed in a board so you can track progress and set goals.
Tips
- Pick a ball type that matches your upgrade plan.
- On small screens, consistency beats flashy risk.
- If your build is online: play safer and protect the run.
